Baked Oat Crumble With Pear

Create a warm vibe to start a perfect slow morning with your family. Your house will be filled with a wonderful smell that makes you crave instantly to start breakfast. Pear crumble made with KarmaKarma Pecan & Hazelnut Oats is a fun and easy way to use seasonal fruit. 🍐🍐

 

Ingredients (for 2 people👫)

✔️ 60gr almond flour
✔️ 2 pears (or apples if you prefer)
✔️ 3 tablespoons maple syrup
✔️ 25ml nut oil (or coconut oil)⁠
✔️ lemon juice of a ½ lemon
✔️ 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon cardamom
✔️ toppings: Greek yogurt, blueberries, figs or peanut butter

HOW TO

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Wash the pears and cut them into slices or small pieces.

Grease an oven dish.

Add lemon juice to prevent the pears from browning. Then, add a tablespoon of syrup, one teaspoon of cinnamon, and one teaspoon of cardamom. Mix everything well.

Prepare a crumble by mixing the KarmaKarma Pecan & Hazelnut mix with almond flour, two tablespoons of maple syrup, and coconut or nut oil. Combine all the ingredients. Bake the crumble for 20 minutes until it becomes crispy.

Serving tip: You can also serve this recipe as a dessert. Serve the crumble with ice cream!
