Our mission is to inspire people to live more consciously with flavorful breakfast solutions and snacks that are good for both body and planet. Due to our recent growth, we are now looking for a representative to visit our customers.


Job Description

As a sales representative at KarmaKarma, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy. You will play a crucial role in positioning KarmaKarma as a challenger in the food industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build sales: Visit customers and convince them of our added value as a genuinely healthy brand. You are resilient and driven to meet your sales goals.
  • Support existing partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and distribution partners to support brand growth.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competition and consumer preferences to identify opportunities.
  • Pragmatic: You know you work in a young company and that everyone does everything and can do everything or at least almost everything.


Your Profile

  • Experience: Preferably you can present one experience, preferably in the food industry or FMCG. Your character and drive are more important than experience.
  • Networker: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and a good knowledge of French.
  • Proactive: Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
