Hi, I'm Griet, in 2015 I founded KarmaKarma, and this is my story.

I worked for a large company for twelve years and went often on business trips. My biggest frustration? The unhealthy to-go snacks and breakfasts. I was completely fed up with the croissants, sandwiches and bars from the vending machine. This food was not helping me get through the long days or do my weekend run! Hunger returned quickly and my energy was below par.

That's why I started KarmaKarma. I wanted an alternative for the empty calories and sugary snacks, and to feel full of vibrant ENERGY!

It all started with the launch of the The Better oatmeal cups. Later we launched The Better Granola and recently we offer The Better Cookie!

We want to continue to encourage everyone to make better choices every day. Because every bite counts to make your day and your energy better!
