How can you quickly prepare oatmeal?

WITH MILK making warm or cold oatmeal with milk

Heat (plant-based) milk to 95°C (203°F). Add the warm milk until the oats are covered. You will need about 120ml of milk. Close the cup again and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Stir well. You can also use cold milk.

WITH HOT WATER making warm oatmeal with water

Bring water to a boil. Add the boiling water until the oats are covered. You will need about 120ml of water. Close the cup again and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Stir well.

WITH YOGURT oats with yogurt

Add (plant-based) yogurt and enjoy the light, crunchy texture. Good to know: a cup with yogurt won’t leak in your bag! We do recommend consuming the cup within 15 minutes.
