Can I get an invoice for my order?

Sure! Please fill out your VAT number when you make an order. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email with a link to your invoice after placing your order. Our products and their shipping are taxed with 6% VAT.

Can I use different addresses for billing and delivery?

This is possible, you can select the "different billing address" option in the payment options. This is useful if you want the delivery at your workplace or if you want to send KarmaKarma as a gift.

Are KarmaKarma cups environmentally friendly?

Absolutely! KarmaKarma cups are made from paper with a compostable coating. The packaging is free of plastic and made entirely from biomass that can be composted

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

We ship all orders at least twice a week via B-Post. We will keep you informed about the status of your delivery via mail.

Is your order urgent? Please mention this along with your phone number in the comments field so we can see what can be done.

How much are the shipping costs?

This depends on both the destination and the quantity of your order. You can calculate the exact costs by entering your order and address, then clicking on payment options and shipping costs. You will get a precise estimate of the costs before confirming your purchase.

Can I return my order if I do not like it?

No. Due to hygiene and quality reasons we do not accept any returns of shipped products.
